The public establishment The Breathing Therapy Centre is a non-profit seeking organization aimed at satisfying public interests established in the manner prescribed in the Law on Public Establishments.

The public establishment The Breathing Therapy Centre shall, in its activities, be based by the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Public Establishments, the Civil Code, other legal acts and its articles of association regulating its activities.

    Goals of the public establishment The Breathing Therapy Centre:  

- to disseminate information to the public at large about the  essence of breathing therapy, its universality and powerful positive effects on health improvement,  emotional harmonization, personal growth and spiritual development;
 
- to spread the teachings ofbreathing therapy and methods of for people willing to   improve the quality of their lives in various fields in different respect: to improve and to strengthen  health; to create  inner peace and harmony ; to harmonise relationships and emotions; to assist individuals in the attainment of their the goals for personal growth and spiritual development;
 
-  to organize seminars, trainings and other events; also to engage in publishing and other activities to make the theoretical and practical mastery of breathing techniques accessible to the public;

- to organize seminars, trainings and other events to make it possible for rebirthers  to improve their professional skills, as well as to train new rebirthers;

- to compile, systemize and disseminate information about the practice of breathing therapy, its mastery and rebirthers;

- to satisfy public interests by  conducting training sessions in breathing therapy, engaging in publishing and other activities;

- to satisfy public interests by carrying out educational, training, social aid provision as well as other activities useful to the public.
